No, not the band, but rather, using the focus, or lack of focus for effect.
Four great photos – 1) Colouring pencils; 2) Those who know JZ, will know that he is not afraid of a camera and showing all and any of his moves. Here is one of ba-zillion I have of him posing for my camera, or any camera matter of fact; 3) This little fella was laying easy on a beach on Stromboli, Italy. Pity he was dead; 4) A great photo of Cuba at Jav’s and Jordan’s goodbye party. Appreciate the blur!

I appreciate the comments Lara. You are very capable and can be whatever you want to be … you could even work in McDonald’s if you try hard enough LOL. Seriously, you are going to get heaps of teachers in secondary school that you will not like, and they will not be as cool as me! But then again, who is. LOL.
May 9th, 2011 at 12:21
no, not forever!!!
May 9th, 2011 at 12:22
It will toughen you up 🙂
May 9th, 2011 at 18:28
But I dont understand maths but you explain it more better! 🙂
May 11th, 2011 at 18:00
No cool teacher would leave their pupils in England and make their levels drop 😦 When are you going to come back? Because since you are doing a volunteer job you won’t earn money= Not so much time in Botswana. How about come back when we are in Year 6? Or if you are going to come back to England around 2 to 10 years, then work in Hendon School. Because we won’t be in this school in that time. And plus you probably get more cash in Hendon. 🙂 But its better to come back this year or next year xD
May 23rd, 2011 at 13:09
Come on Nicole, its not that bad. You are turning out to be as dramatic as Lara!!! Most likely, I will not be returning in Sept to be your Yr 6 teacher, we are still getting our visas here so we can stay. Plus we have friends and family coming until the end of Sept and maybe next year. You’ll have to complain to me online rather than in person!
June 15th, 2011 at 18:46
Hey!!!. Thanks for the positive comments about me!!!
November 12th, 2011 at 21:16

Hey Sevini, hope you are well. Botswana is very nice. The people are friendly and life is relaxed, but we are filling it with so much that is also very busy. My brother came over to visit us and we took him to Victoria Falls, Zambezi River and Chobe National Park. Do an google image search to see what they look like.

Bon jour Fred. I am well. We move into our house in the bush in a few days time. It’ll be good to not sleep in a tent anymore. Botswana is excellent! But I am very busy here helping people learn. And I am getting a tan, especially being out in the African sun a lot.
June 9th, 2011 at 17:27

July 6th, 2011 at 22:03
We’re nearly Year 6s now, just around 2 more weeks (top of the school!) 🙂 We don’t know who is going to be our Year 6 teacher though. The Year 6s now, had done their show today: Robin Hood.
Tomorrow we’re doing a Science test, of all the Science we did to Year 3 – Year 6. We have to revise with books and stuff. So yeah, we’re having LOTS of pressure. Especially with the new rules, I don’t think we can really stick to them really, because I suppose it goes in one ear and out the other. We’re having really complicated seating too, Reading Group(for Guided Reading), Writing Group/Literacy Group, Maths group, Topic Seats(we used to have ‘normal seats’ but then that was cancelled and normal seats were topic seats). It was a WHOLE lot of simpler before. And it is really tiring with the sun and the heat (it’s so hard to concentrate on the work!!!), but I suppose Botswana is not much more pleasant.
July 14th, 2011 at 15:26

July 15th, 2011 at 06:21
Knew it 🙂
October 4th, 2011 at 15:07
Mrs Moses is a cool teacher! She’ll make you work hard, but you can handle it. I hope your holidays were nice and you are ready for school and the new year.
September 18th, 2011 at 11:14
When are you coming back??????
October 4th, 2011 at 15:08
Hey Fred… interesting question … but I don’t know the answer. We are busy here, but having lots of fun. I hope school is going well and that you have Mrs Moses as a teacher. You’ll like her. Tell her Mr McGrath says hello.
October 5th, 2011 at 18:41
You’re having fun without US?!? 😥
Yeah, it’s really hard in Year 6…
November 12th, 2011 at 10:28
Nicole, get a tissue for your issue. You’ll be fine. School just gets harder and harder, wait until you get into university. Do you know which secondary school you are going to? But I am having fun, LOTS of it. But then again, I’m old and allowed to do this stuff. One day you will do cool stuff too.

Hello How Is Botswana Going?
November 12th, 2011 at 10:26
Botswana is going very well. I am very busy, but loving the experience. My wife and I are helping many of the local people to learn, plus we are learning a lot from them. We see many animals, but there are not many near our house because we are closer to town. I need to put some of my pictures up, I have taken thousands of them. It is very hot here, hotter than English summers, and soon they say there will be plenty of rain. I am well, getting tanned (not that I am trying to, just out in the sun a lot) and meeting lots of nice people. My setswana (the language they speak) is getting better too. I still think heaps about my old class, I hope you are all behaving for Mrs Moses!!!! Say a big HELLO to the class from me.
November 12th, 2011 at 20:40
We all applied for our secondary schools. Most of the class is going to Mill Hill… And some is going to Hendon. Then some is going to Qe Girls/Boys. Some is going to Henrietta Girls School. Going to Hendon 🙂 And its probably going to be okay.
November 12th, 2011 at 20:39
Mr McGrath Mrs Moses is cool and funny, but not as funny as you:(. How is the class in botswana?, Still cracking your jokes are ya?. You are staying in botswana longer than I expected. Is your house made out of feces? (at least I think thats how you spell it). Say hi to your ‘New’ class for me. How are you?, Good I hope so, if their annoying you tell me so I can fly to botswana and knock ’em out!. Are they calm and the complete opposite of us?. Please reply soon Mr M and COME BACK SOOOON!!!!!
November 26th, 2011 at 08:53
My house is made of bricks, not anything else. But your comment made me laugh. Oh, and no one is as annoying as you – that is a compliment. Keep smiling and say hi to Mrs Moses for me.
December 10th, 2011 at 16:14
There is this new yr6 teacher called Mr Crichlow and he calls me and djennie ‘the partners in crime’ but im much more annoying and talkative. Mr C gets seriously annoyed by me but I don’t mind.

Actually Yr 6 has been quite busy recently, as we’re revising for the SATs and been offered a place at secondary schools. I think we’ll also be having a Yr 6 leaving show in June. See- notice the respectable generosity in writing a message at such a busy time.
